Structural composition

-Adjustable idler: Used as an auxiliary support for long workpieces, it can slide and lock on the base, and can be adjusted according to the diameter of the workpiece.

working principle
By adjusting the speed of the rotating spindle box through the control system, the workpiece rotates at an appropriate speed. At the same time, with the cooperation of the laser head of the laser cladding equipment, the laser beam can be evenly irradiated on the surface of the workpiece, achieving laser cladding processing on the circumference or other parts of the workpiece. The hydraulic tailstock and adjustable idler ensure the stability and coaxiality of the workpiece during rotation.
